Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Vault mobile application and websites operated by Noble Whiteman, a product line of Hunuu Health Inc. (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vault provides market-intelligence and portfolio-tracking tools for collectors of watches, cigars, cars, audio equipment, and other reference categories. Prices shown are aggregated from public sources and represent estimates of market value, not offers to buy or sell.

2. Not financial or investment advice

Vault is informational. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, an offer, or a solicitation. All decisions about whether to buy, sell, hold, insure, or value any asset are yours alone. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any pricing information shown in the Service.

3. Market data accuracy

Pricing reflects publicly aggregated data from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Auction outcomes vary by condition, provenance, completeness of documentation, and buyer demand. The realizable value of any specific asset may differ materially from the reference prices shown.

4. Acceptable use

• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or otherwise extract bulk data from the Service for commercial redistribution.
• You will not use the Service to facilitate unlawful conduct, including the sale of stolen or counterfeit goods.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, accounts, or other users' data.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Vault name, logo, app design, and underlying code, is owned by Noble Whiteman / Hunuu Health Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLE WHITEMAN, HUNUU HEALTH INC., AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
